Coles Express is one of the leading fuel and convenience retailers with over 700 stores located throughout Australia, offering an array of products, including Shell fuel, food, drinks, and groceries.
Our mission was to improve user engagement and local visibility by optimising Coles Express Google My Business (GMB) listings.
To achieve this goal, we developed a comprehensive strategy that focused on improving search performance on both Google SERPs and Maps, ensuring maximum exposure for relevant user searches.

Target Australia partnered with Resolution Digital to improve newsletter sign-ups, increase awareness of key seasonal campaigns, and drive greater online revenue. Through a sophisticated CRO and personalisation program, we designed, tested and optimised a series of behavioural pop-ups that delivered more than 60 million impressions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
