Project
UX, digital design, behavioural optimisation, internal product and platform experience
Resolution Digital has worked with Torrens University across multiple digital initiatives aimed at improving the experience for prospective and enrolled students. From refining the public website and lead generation journeys, to collaborating on the experience strategy for Torrens’ internal Digital Learning Environment (DLE), our work is grounded in behavioural design principles and collaborative optimisation. The focus: simplify complexity, remove decision friction, and create momentum across the student journey — from first enquiry to final subject.
+71% uplift in public enquiry form completions
3x increase in Digital Learn Environment content engagement through UX changes
22% reduction in exit rate across key decision pages
42% reduction in staff experience pain points following the DLE redesign rollout.
By partnering across multiple functions, we helped Torrens elevate its digital maturity and unify experiences. Key strategic principles:
Consistency across touchpoints, from the public-facing site to student platforms
Behaviour-led design, using journey friction maps and decision-making theory
Evidence-led iterations, anchored by qualitative user feedback and quantitative funnel data
Elevated internal design capability through shared frameworks and upskilling
Repositioned UX as a strategic function within the institution
“I genuinely loved working with Resolution Digital, leaving aside their world-class competency and technical capabilities, I could trust them to provide a quality outcome because of their hard-working work ethic and the transparency they demonstrated from the outset. "
