Consultation

We begin by interrogating the challenge at hand and understanding business objectives. Our process includes questionnaires, 1-to-1 interviews with key stakeholders, and gaining access to relevant business systems and architecture.

Diagnostic

Following consultations with key personnel, quantitative data will be gathered from aforementioned systems to obtain a 360-degree view of the customer experience issues at hand. From here, we develop and prioritise hypotheses and map relevant solutions.
