Becoming Resolution DIGITAL

Resolution was founded in 2002 as a Search agency in Chicago, USA, and quickly became one of the largest in the country. Omnicom Media Group acquired the business in 2006 and embedded the teams into the agencies realising the importance of Search to the wider media strategy early on.

Within Australia, Omnicom Media Group acquired one of the largest search and content agencies in the region in 2013 to enhance the Resolution offering locally. The founders of this company remain to be the CEOs of Resolution Australia today as well as our sister agency, Annalect.

A number of our clients have been with us since the beginning and as their digital marketing needs expanded and the industry evolved, we developed a bouquet of digital marketing services to take them into the next chapter and beyond.

As a result of our growth over the last decade as well as our on-going strong technology and data partnerships, we believe that we now offer the most comprehensive and well-structured set of digital marketing services in the region – from strategy to implementation.
