H&R Block is Australia's foremost income tax services company, offering a range of tax preparation services. The company had been using an open-source content management system for several years. But its evolving growth and business strategy saw the need to evolve its web presence to meet and exceed consumer experience expectations.
H&R Block needed a modern, scalable, secure, and reliable DXP platform that would include all existing site functionalities and support brand growth.
