Interviews and User Testing
A user interview is a UX research method we employ in order to gather qualitative information from either existing or potential users. We always recommend one-on-one interviews, which help us gain deep insights into user preferences, behaviours, motivations, and attitudes. The data we collect then informs personas, journey maps, workflows, and feature ideas.
User testing is a usability technique that helps you gain valuable insights from your users regarding why and how they use your products. The goal is to identify any usability problems, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and determine the participant’s satisfaction with the product.
